Sales Manager
You run estimates from the first walkthrough to the signed proposal: measuring the work, scoping the prep, and explaining exactly what a homeowner is paying for. It suits someone who is comfortable in a customer's home, organized about follow-up, and able to hold a fair price without pressure selling. Coatings knowledge helps, but we will teach you our estimating system.

You own the schedule and the standard on live jobs: staging materials, walking the prep before spray day, and keeping the client informed from start through the punch list. You are the person who catches a missed caulk line or a thin second coat before the customer ever sees it. Experience running residential and commercial crews matters more than a formal background.

Hands-on production work across interiors, exteriors, cabinet refinishing, and commercial coatings. You should be able to cut a clean line, mask and protect a space properly, and handle patching, sanding, and priming without being watched. Sprayer experience and your own basic hand tools are a plus.
