It was the communication, the professionalism, and the way crews treated the homes they were working in. He came to see being invited into someone’s home as a privilege, and decided that being a good house guest mattered as much as the finish itself.
Rather than rushing into business ownership, he spent years learning the trade properly and building the skills to deliver that standard consistently.
